Immediate need for a mid-level pricing analysis specialist. Join the pricing and contracts division. Looking for a self-starter with the discipline to work to prepare estimates of the reasonable costs and perform analysis of price considerations that insure accurate and compliant bid submissions in response to Government Requests for Proposals (RFP) and commercial requests for Quotes (RFQ). They will work closely with the Finance, Contracts and Business Development departments to ensure best cost estimations.

Job Duties
- Capable of taking the lead on cost proposal process from RFP release to final submission.
-Analyze RFP/RFQ documents, distilling and communicating the competitive advantages and disadvantages, evaluation model, and requirements of the opportunity as it relates to our organization and the competition.
- Develop the appropriate approach to the competitive analysis of an opportunity, and executing the approach to develop bid-specific analysis.
-Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and 
executive leadership relating to Competitive Pricing Analysis.
-Accurately develop and maintain competitive pricing analysis models, summarize data and perform peer validation/ auditing functions in the preparation of competitive analysis.
-Respond to and develop pricing for federal and selected commercial proposals.
-Review government RPFs and analyze the scope of work to determine the cost impact for bid submission.
-Prepare Cost/Price volume to ensure adherence to varied proposal preparation instructions and mathematical accuracy.

Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- 3+ years experience preparing cost proposals in response to government requests.
-Strong familiarity with the specialized knowledge required with 
government contracting including understanding the organization and subsequent interpretation of RFPs, understanding the applicability of the various regulations, codes and laws (FAR, CAS, SCA, DFAR).
-Experience with FAR/DFAR required Additional Skills and qualifications
-Advanced MS Excel and good skills in other MS 
office suite programs
-Extreme attention to detail Business acumen to understand pricing of services (Labor) Ability to manage multiple priorities
