Duties will include, but are not limited to:
v Maintain and oversee inventory of office supplies, purchase and maintain office supplies and equipment in office, including updating project codes on office equipment (copiers, postage machine) and interface with vendors
v Answer phones and greet visitors
v Incoming/outgoing mail, including fed-ex shipments, posting and sorting daily mail

v Prepare and enter invoices for payment; research outstanding items.
