JacksonDakota has interdependently worked with the Federal Government and large privately owned firms; however, we also serve to meet the needs of small businesses and start-up companies. JacksonDakota as observed a need to offer small businesses and start-up companies quality services at an attractive, discounted rate. JacksonDakota has developed the Small Business Start-Up Program tailored to the needs of this market that will also safeguard our interests.
Who was the program designed for?
People who work a full time job that can’t otherwise take advantage of the non-profit organizations that normally offer assistance during business hours. Anyone who believes that starting a small business is possible by learning the clear-cut skills taught by experts, and anyone who would like to make their current hobbies into a business.

How do I register?
Enroll Today!! Guarantee your enrollment by paying your tuition today, seats are limited. You can register on-line or by calling 301.454.0888, once your information has been received you will receive an invoice for the class either by mail, email or fax, the choice is yours. Cash, checks, credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Personal checks will be accepted; however confirmation in the program will not be given until the check has cleared.
After payment has been verified, the student will receive their registration email which will consist of a business plan template. Participants are encourage to submit questions via email prior to the start of the program. This will give the Experts time to research any questions and prepare a précised class presentation.
What are the Cancellation and Substitution policies?
You may cancel your registration up to 5 business days before the start of the program, and we will refund your fee less a nominal cancellation fee (15% or less in some cases), substitutions and transfers may be made. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Refunds, partial or in full, will not available once the program has begun.
How is it tax deductible?
If the purpose of attending JacksonDakota’s Small Business Start-up Program is to help you start or improve skills related to the development of business, expenses related to the program may be tax-deductible according to I.R.C Reg. 1.162-5. Please consult with tax advisor.
Will the program be offered again? Yes. This is class is an introduction to a much larger and detailed program that will spand 6 months or longer. The program that will pursue will include monthly working groups and seminars that will be included in the cost, as well as other national benefits to assist small businesses in their development.
What are the future dates of the program? This program will also be offered during the months of August 2012, October 2012, February 2013, April 2013 and June 2013. The location of the programs will alternate.
