Why we are different…
Normal temporary employment agencies require
employees to “clock” a certain amount of hours before they are allowed
to receive limited benefits. This is why JacksonDakota is different from
the typical temporary employment agencies. We handle payroll,
taxes, workers compensation, training, background investigation, drug
screening and full fringe benefits starting within the first 30 days of
employment.
Our
prices are structured to be equal and in most cases less than a typical
temporary employment agency; allowing us to offer a high level service
to external clients at a competitive rate while satisfying our internal
ones, the employees.
We strive to provide dedicated individuals that
are committed to the completion of an assignment by offering them
quality benefits, and assignment completion bonuses. Retention is our
aim. Competent employees equates to a productive and peaceful work
environment and satisfied customers.
JacksonDakota is not a
typical “temporary employment agency”, as we do not handle temporary
employment for day to day operations. Our service structure is formatted
in this method to be able to give both the client and the employees
what they both want and deserve at the best possible value.
